This festival notoriously celebrates black music excellence. For that reason, I decided to use different shades of brown, from very dark to very light, and served as the primary color palette. I also used symmetry in most icons; However, I chose to diversify based on the need.
I also created icons for each stage. The Wolf is the symbol for the Gnaw Stage, and the golfball is for the Flog Stage. Flog is an anagram for Golf and Gnaw is an anagram of "Wang" from Tyler's hip-hop crew "Wolf Gang," in case you missed it.
I designed the tent for the Camp Stage and Tyler's icon for the main stage at the Dodger Stadium. The two other faces designed were of Drake and HER's faces, the headliners of the 2018 festivals.
Inspired by the camping experience, I depicted the bathroom and restaurant icons as accurately as possible. I mean, who hasn't snuck behind a tree on a camping adventure?
